Whether you eat fish just during lent or three servings a week all year as nutritionists recommend, fish is good for your body and soul.  Packed with good protein and vitamins, it’s almost the perfect food.

Did you know though that most of the fish you find in the grocery stores is previously frozen and not fresh?

“They don’t know, but if they’ve ever had a good piece of fish then they would know the difference” said owner of the Sea Breeze Fish Market & Grille in Plano, Rick Oruch.

He brings in fresh fish from both coasts and the gulf daily.  “With Fed-Ex, UPS and the airlines, it’s over there this morning at 6 and it’s to my door by 10:30 am” Rick added.

From ready to take home crusted tilapia to their famous lobster rolls, Sea Breeze Fish Market & Grille will have you doing the dolphin tail dance.

JD Ryan is Around Town with a fish market that will hook you!
