DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – The Exxxotica Expo is giving Dallas city leaders one more chance to avoid a lawsuit.

Organizers of the expo say they are ready to sue the city unless leaders change their minds about banning them from the Dallas Convention Center.

The letter to the City Attorney’s office reads in part, “I look forward to hopefully receiving a positive response from either you or the council.  If neither occurs, we all know where the courthouse is.

Earlier this month, the Dallas City Council passed a resolution that would prevent the city from signing a contract with Three Expo Events, the company that is trying to hold the Exxxotica Expo in Dallas once again.

So far, the city has not commented about the letter.
