The statement said evidence shows Gibson “unexpectedly encountered” Armour while he was trying to burglarize Armour’s business, Dynamic Reef Systems at 1411 Lemay Dr. Investigators then identified Gibson as the suspect and arrested him at his own business, at 1450 Halsey Way, Saturday night, according to the statement.

Police say Gibson is in Denton County Jail without bond.
