DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – Police are investigating a car crash that killed three children in West Dallas tonight.

It happened on Singleton Avenue near Peoria Street.

Police said a woman’s car with four children inside was stuck by another vehicle. Three of the children, all under the age of 13, were rushed to Children’s Hospital where they died.

The fourth child was taken to a different hospital, in an unknown condition.

Both drivers suffered minor injuries. Police said it looks like speed was a factor in the crash.
