NORTH TEXAS (CBSDFW.COM) – The Dallas Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has scheduled a Wednesday press conference to announce the addition of a local fugitive to the FBI’s “Ten Most Wanted” list.
It is believed that fugitive Brenda Delgado will be added to the list for her role in the September 2015 murder of Uptown Dallas dentist Kendra Hatcher. Hatcher, 35, was shot and killed after getting out of her vehicle in the parking garage at the Gables Park 17 high-rise apartment building.
Police say Kendra Hatcher was getting out of her car when people in the area heard at least one gunshot.
The man accused of actually gunning down Hatcher, Kristopher Love, is in custody and faces federal charges. The woman accused of driving Love to the parking garage in the murder-for-hire plot, Crystal Cortes, is also in custody. But it is Delgado who is believed to have been the mastermind behind the murder plot, allegedly wanting Hatcher dead for dating her ex-boyfriend.
