All three of the children suffered from severe body rash from sitting in their own filth and waste for days. The youngest child, a 1-year-old baby girl, was in critical condition.

The investigation, completed by the Frisco Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division (CID), determined that there was no deliberate plan by Woo to harm her three children.

Due to the Texas Child Protective Services (CPS) being involved in this case and for the protection of the children, there are no further details released regarding this investigation.
