On Tuesday, Manziel was formally indicted by a Dallas Grand Jury on a charge of assault causing bodily injury.
Manziel’s attorney, Robert Hinton, says the ex-NFL quarterback will not duck the public and will appear in Dallas County court next week. Manziel is charged with assaulting ex-girlfriend Colleen Crowley by dragging her by the hair and with hitting her so hard he ruptured an eardrum.
