DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) – The Dallas Cowboys have received yet another blow to their already depleted defense.

According to Mike Fisher,  linebacker Rolando McClain has been suspended for ten games for violating the NFL’s substance abuse policy.

A Cowboys source tells Fish, “Gotta cut him. The only guy arguing against it would be Jerry Jones.”

Anthony Hitchens and Andrew Gachkar are among the leaders at starting middle linebacker.

In addition to McClain’s suspension, Dallas also received bad news on another defensive player’s suspension.

According to reports, defensive end Demarcus Lawrence had his appeal denied on his four-game suspension, also for violating the substance abuse policy.

In addition to McClain and Lawrence, Dallas will also not have defensive end Randy Gregory for the first four games of the season after he received a four-game suspension for testing positive for marijuana.
