Dallas Police have said that Amaya Burns has been located and is safely with her mother.

DALLAS (1080 KRLD) – Dallas police are looking for a missing autistic teen who they say has the mental capacity of a toddler.

According to oifficials, 15-year old  was last seen around 11:00 p.m. Tuesday in the 9800 block of Sophora Circle, not far from Joe Pool Lake.

Police say that due to her disability, Amaya has the mental capacity of a 3-year old and might be confused or disoriented.

Amaya (Black female, 5’4” tall, 115 lbs)  has black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white tank top and white pants.
