OXNARD (105.3 THE FAN) – The Dallas Cowboys honored the Dallas Police Department at training camp along with DPD Chief David Brown and Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings.

No one knew what was going on, and it was not planned or presented to the media in advance, when the Dallas Cowboys team came walking out of the locker room, arm in arm with Dallas Police Chief David Brown.
