NORTH RICHLAND HILLS (CBSDFW.COM) – A homeowner in North Richland Hills filed a police report in hopes of catching a couple who picked up their dog’s droppings, only to toss the bag in a neighbor’s yard.

Surveillance video shows the dirty deed, which has happened before in Brandonwood Estates, according to the homeowner.

Police are looking into the neighborhood dispute, no word on what if any charges will be filed.
