DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – Police in Southlake arrested a Dallas police officer on Monday and charged him with criminal trespassing. Sgt. This is the second incident in the past two days that has resulted in the arrest of a Dallas police officer. Authorities on Sunday took Sr. Cpl. Jose Gomez into custody for allegedly choking his girlfriend during an argument at a hotel room. He was arrested and charged with assault. Gomez is also now on administrative leave.
