SOUTHLAKE (CBSDFW.COM) – A man accused of sexually assaulting a woman in the bathroom of a Southlake Gloria’s restaurant was arrested.

Police were called to the restaurant in the 1100 block of Southlake Boulevard, where a woman told them a man assaulted her in the bathroom and fled, according to a Southlake Police Department news release.

Police identified the suspect as Ellan Brian Thomas, 42, secured a warrant for his arrest and served it about 1:30 a.m. Monday. He was jailed on a charge of sexual assault and bond set at $50,000.
