First-responders found the package near a trashcan and made the decision to get people out of the area. Evacuations sent customers and store employees out into the far end of the parking lot.

Bomb sniffing dogs were brought in and it was determined the package was actually a suitcase. Police quickly learned the case was empty and there was no threat. The ‘all clear’ was given around 10:40 a.m. and employees and shoppers were allowed to return to the evacuated businesses.
