“I’m kind of upset because they’re supposed to let every parent know what’s happening around your school,” parent Heriberto Lopez said.
Police have not said how old the student involved is. He was taken to a juvenile detention center.
The principal of Sam Houston High is inviting parents to meet with him Friday at the school at 8 a.m. to talk about the gun at school incident.MORE NEWS: Pelicans Take Revenge On Mavs And Win 107-91 After Blowout Loss, Luka Out With Ankle Problems
