DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – Part of Love Field was briefly evacuated due to a fire alarm.

Dallas Police said the alarm went off at 6:21 p.m. due to a system malfunction.

Love Field tweeted things were getting back to normal around 6:30 p.m.

The FAA confirmed shortly after 6:30 p.m. passengers were going back through security.

The City of Dallas tweeted out a statement on the incident as well:
