PLANO, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) – A man wanted in Plano for an alleged sexual assault a decade ago, is now in custody.

Detectives from the Plano Police Department, with the cooperation of the Arkansas State Police, arrested Jeffery Lemor Wheat, 48, on Monday, Jan 11.

Wheat has been transferred back to Texas and is currently being held in the Collin County Detention Center on a $500,000 bond.
