These days, it is difficult to go out to eat at a restaurant and actually find something healthy on the menu. While there are some restaurants that offer menus of dishes that are low in calories, they may still be using highly processed ingredients. The farm-to-table movement is popular now and there are some great restaurants in the DFW area serving not only local ingredients but local ingredients that are organic and great for you in addition to tasting great.
