Local government officials join railroad chiefs seeking a solution to what they call a critical rail congestion issue in Fort Worth.  Tower 55 sits southeast of downtown and is the busiest rail intersection in the country.  Matt Rose, CEO of BNSF railroad says it’s slowing everything down.  He joins a second push to get  60 million dollars in stimulus money called Tiger Grants to improve Tower 55.   The first application was rejected.  A decision on the second round of Tiger Grants is expected this fall.
