DFW area law enforcement sees some surprising numbers from the latest No Refusal weekend.  People are apparently getting the messsage, if they refuse the breathalyzer when stopped by police, a court ordered blood draw is next.   In Tarrant County  31 percent of those stopped last weekend refused.  That’s down from 45 percent refusal just two years ago.   Assistant District Attorney Richard Alpert credits all the publicity about No Refusal weekends.
