With the heat bearing down on North Texas, yet another child has been left in a hot car.
Jason Evans with Dallas Fire says around three a mother pulled up to the Texas Workforce Solutions building on Stemmons and got out, taking with her an infant but leaving a three year old boy in the car, with the windows partially down.
He says even though the child was only left in the car for five to seven minutes, the temperature was 105 degree and the results could have been deadly.
Paramedics determined that the child was stable and both children were taken to Child Protective Services. The mother has been taken to jail.
