Poll numbers released at a change of venue hearing show former Congressman Tom Delay might be right about being the most hated politician in Travis County.  The poll shows 59 percent of registered voters have a negative opinion and 40 percent think he’s guilty of money laundering charges.  Delay says he was even surprised by the high numbers.  “I understand what the price of leadership is and I understand what the press is and you just deal with it.”  He did joke that the poll proves he can never run for office in Travis County.  Delay is hoping his money laundering trial is moved out of Travis County and to his home county of Ft. Bend.
