bep Black Eyed Peas To Play Super Bowl Halftime

The web site SportsbyBrooks.com is reporting that the Black Eyed Peas have been selected for the halftime show at Cowboys Stadium during Super Bowl 45.

The band does have a past connection to the NFL and the Super Bowl. It was part of the 2005 Super Bowl pregame show titled, “Bridging Generations.” Earth, Wind and Fire, Gretchen Wilson performing with The Charlie Daniels Band, and Alicia Keys were also featured in the production.

Additionally, the Black Eyed Peas performed at the NFL Kickoff Concert in Pittsburgh in 2009.
