Police don’t think they’ll charge the driver who ran over a Euless man who was killed while changing a tire on Highway 121 near Glade Road yesterday. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner says Fabio Flores was pronounced dead at the scene. Witnesses told police he was changing a tire on a dark-colored car around 5 p.m. Tuesday when a passing car struck him. He was apparently thrown into the windshield because the glass was shattered. The driver stopped and was questioned by Euless police who say it looks like a tragic accident. The freeway was closed for about two hours during the investigation.
