Is Tashard Choice Back In The Lineup For The Cowboys?

By Wally Lynn for 105.3 The Fan

Irving (105.3 The Fan) Coach Wade had a brief session with the media today and the headline, we think, is that you might see some more of Tashard Choice come Sunday night.

“I’m ready to go and the coaches told me to be ready,”  said Choice in the locker room.  He was visibly excited about playing again, but Wade backed off of it a little bit later in the press conference….probably so as not to play all his cards before this one.  “I don’t know if we will play him or not…I just told him to be ready”  said coach Phillips. So we will see.

Felix Jones practiced today and Wade says he looked better as they had him do some cutting today as opposed to yesterday.  Marc Columbo, Bradie James and Terrence Newman were limited again.

Also, the Cowboys have called up Bryan McCann to possibly play some corner and possibly return kicks as AOA (Akwasi Owusu-Ansah) has struggled in that role.  McCann also had a pick in practice today.

Tashard needs to start and revive this running game that we need. I still wonder why Marian Barber became our primary back and we continue to try to get him outside. A speedier back needs to be used there and he is constantly on the bench. We need a REAL OFFENSE COORDINATOR.
