jj text Cold Changes Blow In Thanksgiving Day

Temperatures again on Wednesday will climb well above seasonal near 80 degrees during the afternoon.

We may have a few showers overnight into Wednesday morning, then just warm, humid and windy.  An arctic cold front will push through the DFW Metro area around 6am on Thanksgiving morning.

Temperatures will start out around 65 on Thursday morning, but behind the front will crash into the lower 40s by afternoon.  We will also have about a 50% chance of rain as the front moves into your neighborhood.

North winds will blow around 20 to 30 mph during the day, making it feel even colder than it actually will be.  Look for clearing skies late Thursday and temperatures falling to below freezing for the first time officially on Friday morning.  Look for a low near 30 and a high near 52 Friday afternoon.  Sunny but cool for Black Friday shoppers.
