Igor at Ink Attic Tattoo in Fort Worth. That’s all you need to know. I can’t believe you don’t have them listed. They are hands-down the best in the entire DFW area.

  2. Eddie Loven says:

I’m curious what makes you qualified to judge what is a good tattoo and what isn’t much less what is the “best” tattoo shop. Stop trying to pass yourselves off as experts on a subject you clearly know nothing about.

THANK YOU! The reviewer is clueless. Elvii is right, but Ink Attic isn’t the only real game in FW.

On a side note, the physical building in which a tattoo studio is located does not mean it is the “best” tattoo studio. Tattoo artists in Texas are independent contractors and the quality of their work has little bearing on the studio in which they work. Don’t get me wrong, every professional studio should be clean and well lit with a friendly knowledgeable staff. If you don’t feel comfortable in a studio then by all means don’t get work done there.
If you are actually interested in getting a beautiful tattoo, then you need to research the ARTIST(s) and their work, not how nice the floors are at any given studio. There are plenty of great tattoo artists in the DFW area and that should be your first priority. Seek out a competent artist whose style fits what you are thinking of getting tattooed and you will have a better experience and end up with a better tattoo than you expected.
Do your own homework, don’t take some sorry excuse for a “news” articles advice for what is best. This article for instance was written by a “writer” whos specialty is cosmetics… as in make-up, hardly qualified to judge tattoos or tattoo studios.
    Good luck.

Looks like a great article to me and a good starting point for researching for those who are not in the know regarding the industry. Maybe these guys are listed here because they have many people writing great reviews about them. Hard to find obscure tattoo artists with no websites and reviews, good or not.
