DALLAS (KRLD) - Dallas realtors say a convicted thief is at it again.

State records show 55-year-old Steve Breed has spent time in state prison for theft.  Last week he was indicted on a new theft charge, and another one is still pending against him.

Now a realtor for Dave Perry-Miller and Associates says he’s showing up at open houses, and she fears he is casing them for another robbery.

The Dallas Morning News says North Texas police have had an eye on Breed for years.

The realtor is concerned for her safety, because she says she and her colleagues are often in the houses alone.

She’s so concerned that she asked us to withhold her name.

The realtor says she and her co-workers are trying to figure out if they have any legal grounds to stop Breed from attending open houses.

Breed, a minister and former teacher, was also arrested in Frisco in 2010 on theft charges after a similar open house scheme.
