FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - The strong winds ahead of the storm knocked out power to thousands of people all over Dallas / Fort Worth.  At 5:40 p.m., Oncor reports 16,000 D/FW customers are without power.

Most of the outages have been caused by the wind, Oncor says.  And the wind is damaging more than power lines.  CBS 11′s Susy Solis reports:
