FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) – A suspect with five felony warrants evaded police on his motorcycle and died when he crashed out in the 900 block of Longhorn Drive Thursday.

Fort Worth Police Department spokesman Clifton Miller said the fugitive team was tracking the man at about 4 p.m. When they tried to stop him he sped off. A woman passenger jumped from the bike and survived with some scrapes and road rash.

The driver, who has not been identified, died at the scene.
