DALLAS (AP) - Convenience store chain 7-Eleven Inc. is buying the retail and wholesale assets of San Antonio-based Tetco Inc.
The assets include company-operated convenience stores in Utah and the DFW, Austin and San Antonio areas. Also included is Tetco’s wholesale fuel distribution business serving 550 customers.
The agreement will also mark Dallas-based 7-Eleven’s return to San Antonio, where it operated stores until 1989.
Financial terms of the deal, which is expected to close in November, were not disclosed Tuesday.
Most of the Tetco locations will be remodeled and rebranded.
