ARLINGTON (CBSDFW.COM) – The Arlington Independent School District will interview Dr. Marcelo Cavazos for its vacant superintendent position.
During it’s October 4 executive session, the board extended an invitation to interview to Dr. Cavazos.
He has served as interim superintendent since June when the Arlington ISD Board of Trustees voted to oust Jerry McCullough.
The unanimous vote allowed McCollough to walk away with more than $100,ooo.
The board announced it will interview Dr. Cavazos near the end of the month, and will make a decision shortly after the interview.
