Moisture is streaming back into North Texas today. It’s doing so on a southeast breeze plus with mid and upper level clouds coming off the Pacific Ocean. There will be breaks in the clouds at times so we’ll call it mostly cloudy and this will allow temperatures to warm into the upper 60s for a few hours. But, the overall thinking is for highs in the lower to mid 60s due to the abundant cloud cover for most of North Texas. As we translate some weak energy through our atmosphere today, a few stray showers will pop up with the coverage looking 20 percent for all of North Texas.
Join us on air from 4:30-7:00 AM this morning as I detail the timing for storms this weekend.
