One fascinating aspect of my job is acquiring and scheduling new programming and to see how well I did scheduling it in the right place!!

Below is a list of our new syndicated programs on CBS11 and TXA21 and when they start:

*The Queen Latifah Show: weekdays at 2pm starting Monday, 9/16. This extraordinary and talented individual returns to daytime television with a brand new five day a week talk show. Monday’s show will feature John Travolta and Alicia Keyes….don’t miss this one!  The Doctors, seen right now at 2pm on CBS11, will move back to TXA21 weekdays at 8am.

*Paternity Court: weekdays at 12nn, starting Monday, 9/23. This is a cross between Judge Marilyn Milian and Maury Povich!  MGM, the distributor, describes it as “bringing families together… or tearing them apart… where science meets the law!!  Ha!

*Supreme Justice With Judge Karen Mills-Francis: weekdays at 12:30pm, starting Monday, 9/16. This lady is actually a good TV judge and her shows have performed well here in the DFW area. Biggest thing I am waiting for is to see what color her hair and robe will be!!

*Law & Order: SVU: weeknights at 8pm and 1am starting Monday, 9/23. Another great spinoff from producer Dick Wolf. Stars Mariska Hargitay and Christopher Malone as NYC detectives solving sexually related crimes.

*The Cleveland Show: weeknights at 11pm, starting Monday, 9/16.  A half-hour animated series that follows Cleveland Brown as he settles into life in Stoolbend VA, with his high school sweetheart, their blended family of three unruly kids and their crazy group of friends. Creator Mike Henry is the voice of Cleveland Brown.

*King Of The Hill: weeknights at 11:30pm, starting Monday, 9/16. I love this show!!! And you know all about it!!  Hank Hill!

*Cops Reloaded: weeknights at 12MN starting Monday, 9/9. The best of the past 25 years of one of the longest running TV shows and a huge success for the FOX Television Network.

*White Collar: Saturdays at 10pm and Sundays at 7pm starting Saturday/Sunday, 9/28-9/29. Smart “who done-it” procedural drama/comedy off of USA Network. White Collar is about the unlikely partnership of a con artist and an FBI agent who have been playing cat and mouse for years. Stars Matt Bomer and Tom DeKay.

*Republic Of Doyle, Saturdays, 12mn starting 9/21/13. This Canadian comedy/drama is a modern day “Rockford Files” off of CBC Television. Stars Allan Hawco as Detective Jake Doyle and his father Malachy run a private investigations agency in St. John’s, Newfoundland. Their cases involve them in all sorts of dealings – not all of them on the right side of the law.

Enjoy all of the new syndicated programming on CBS11 and TXA21….next week we will talk about the new CBS Television Network shows. See you next time.
