Hurricane Ingrid lost a little of its punch today as it started to interact with T.S. Manual on the Pacific side of Mexico:

It is still a category one hurricane, still forecast to come onshore tomorrow morning around Tampico:

With the moisture from Manual to help prime the pump and the fact it is forecast to languish over the Mexican coastline, Ingrid will be bringing tremendous rains to the area:

Though it’ll come onshore around 250 miles south of Brownsville it should still bring some beneficial rain for south Texas:

For north Texas a¬†cold front will stall just to our north over southern Oklahoma tomorrow. It’ll be enough to get some storms going by mid-day and afternoon. The better chances will be along the Red River and NW of the metro:
