Be sure to make it over to the 4th Annual Pittie Party today, Thursday July 24. And when I say Pittie…I mean sweet furry babies with 4 legs that love to smile. Celebrate pitties with a pet-friendly Yappy Hour at The Lot restaurant and beer garden at White Rock Lake! Enjoy drink and food specials, a silent auction for dog lovers, a Pittie Pageant for trophies, and more. They will also have all kinds of info about how you can fight breed specific legislation and other issues facing our Pittie friends.

Get ready to get your 80’s rock on. Coming up this Sunday, July 27 at Trees, it is Texas own Dangerous Toys.

Awww…what a sweet show this coming Sunday, July 27. It’s all your feel good favorites: Summer Slaughter with Morbid Angel, Faceless, Thy Art Is Murder, Origin, and Within the Ruins. Check them out at Gas Monkey Bar and Grill…and don’t make any sudden movements and don’t make eye contact. They hate that.

It isn’t the 80’s anymore, so if you want to see dudes with long hair wearing spandex, this is as good as it is going to get, ladies. Check out WWE: Live Sunday evening, July 27 at the American Airlines Center.

You can see the band formed by Cross Canadian Ragweed front man Cody Canada after Ragweed broke up in 2010. See The Departed this Sunday July 27 at the House of Blues Dallas.

This guy had hits on both Top 40 and Country music charts back in the day. His biggest hits were “It Was Almost Like a Song”, “Smoky Mountain Rain”, “(There’s) No Gettin’ Over Me”, “I Wouldn’t Have Missed It for the World”, “Any Day Now”, and “Stranger in My House”. He has six Grammy Awards and forty No. 1 country hits under his belt. It is Ronnie Milsap at Billy Bob’s Texas this Saturday July 26.

These guys were huge on country radio in the 1980’s…when country music still sounded like country music. They had over 25 singles on the charts…and 6 consecutive number 1 hits. See Restless Heart tomorrow night, Friday July 25 at Arlington Music Hall.
