WEEKEND WARM-UP AND RAIN CHANCES

Temperatures Friday into the weekend will climb into the upper 90s.  The big difference will be the humidity which starts to increase on Friday and becomes very noticeable over the weekend.

Below is an animation showing the upper level winds.  A disturbance over Utah will ride over the ridge of high pressure and move into the Central Plains.  The best chance of rain will stay to our north, but a few isolated showers and thunderstorms will be possible during the afternoon hours on Saturday and Sunday.
