The American Airlines Center is home to the Dallas Mavericks NBA team and the Dallas Stars NHL team.  It’s located in Victory Park, just on the northern edge of downtown Dallas. The stadium can hold up to 21,000 people for concerts; 19,200 for NBA style events; and 18,500 for NHL style events.

Address:

2500 Victory Ave., Dallas, Texas

Seating:

The seating at AAC has great views from every seat due to the bowl-style arrangement of the arena. Suites and Premium seats are also available at AAC. General seating although plentiful, is cramped, and there is not much leg room. Seating charts are different for concerts, basketball and hockey.  Click on each heading below to see the chart for that kind of event.

Food:

There are ten separate food vendors in the main concourse area offering a wide variety of items from basic hot dogs, nachos, popcorn and pretzels and other snacks to specialty grilled items including chicken, BBQ,  loaded baked potato, garlic parmesan fries, Hamburgers, Fajita nachos, Pizza, Steak sandwich, Catfish basket, and much more.

There are other specialty bars and restaurants in the arena too, including: Jack Daniels Old No.7 Club, The Dump Lounge, El Jimador Tequila Bar, and a non-alcoholic Dr. Pepper Bottling Plant for the kids.

Average beer price:  $6.00 for 12 oz.

AAC has more than 5,000 parking spaces in lots that are located within two blocks of the arena. There is an additional 3,000 parking spaces to the south and east of the venue and within walking distance. Parking is varied by event, but the average price is $20-$30 per vehicle – CASH only. Pre-paid parking is available through Ticketmaster outlets or by calling 800-745-3000.
