Dallas Police reported the rape of a woman at Glendale Park in Oak Cliff in March. The attack happened around 2 a.m. Police indicated the victim was abducted by two men near the Ledbetter and Sunnyvale Avenue area. She was then assaulted at the park. (credit: CBS 11 News)

Incidences of rape are up 12.4 percent in Dallas, according to the latest crime report, which city leaders looked over Monday.
