Abbott Wants Perry Removed As Defendant In Lawsuit

A disabled Dallas man is one of six plaintiffs who named Gov. Rick Perry in a federal lawsuit claiming the state violated the Americans With Disabilities Act when they were each “unnecessarily institutionalized” in nursing homes.
