SPCA-Dallas DA's Office Team Seize Cruelly Treated DogsWednesday workers with the SPCA of Texas took custody of two cruelly treated dogs in Dallas. The seizure was the first for the new partnership between the SPCA and the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office’s Animal Cruelty Unit.
