An Irving man faces arson charges for triggering a massive fire at an apartment complex in Las Colinas last month. The blaze destroyed a total of 22 individual units and forced several people to jump from windows and balconies to safety.

Dallas Seeks Injunction To Rid Apartments Of Crime
