Oncor Promises New Policy To Help Hospitals Avoid Blackouts

Facing mandatory rolling blackouts, hospitals in North Texas fear a repeat of last February when many critical care facilities lost power. Oncor, however, is promising a new policy that will help ease hospital concerns.
