The defending American League Champion Texas Rangers enter Spring Training with very few holes to fill in their roster.
Texas recalled Martin from Triple-A Round Rock on Tuesday after placing right fielder Nelson Cruz on the 15-day disabled list.

Martin, who defected from Cuba last year and signed a $15.5 million, five-year contract last week, is scheduled to make his debut in the Rangers organization Thursday playing for Double-A Frisco.
