Homeowners: Fracking Happening 75 Yards From Front Doors

Some residents in Denton think 200 feet is too close for natural gas hydraulic fracturing, now they’re taking their protests to city leaders. To back up their objections residents point to an ordinance banning drilling within 1,200 feet of homes.

Fort Worth Council Votes To Turn Down The Noise

Dogs and roosters, you’re on the clock. Fort Worth’s city council passed changes to its noise ordinance Tuesday night. It includes specific decibel limits for day and night time noise, as well as a time limit for animals who are a bit too vocal.
