Police Search For Missing Richardson 5-Year-Old

Police are on the lookout for a missing 5-year-old girl who is believed to be with her father and headed to Mexico. Last Friday little Wendy Diaz visited her father, Jesus Diaz Garcia, and was never returned to her mother in Richardson.
