Funeral services have been set for the Dallas firefighter who fell to his death while assisting with a major car crash during Monday’s ice storm.
Tuesday night a Dallas firefighter was being remembered as a father, husband and man who died helping others. It was late Monday when William “Scott” Tanksley was working at the scene of a crash on the southbound Spur 408 exit-ramp.
A Dallas firefighter died on Tuesday after falling off of a North Texas interstate overpass. It is unclear if he slipped on the icy road or was forced off by a vehicle.
