Winter Weather Advisory Remains In Place Through Early Morning CommuteChristmas Day started with rain and thunderstorms, producing lightning and small hail. By midday the rain changed to snow, which fell sideways in many cases due to the strong winds.
Snow Coming To A CloseThe snow has ended except for eastern sections of North Texas. Still seeing some blowing light snow. Overall accumulations over most of North Texas were a quarter of an inch to one inch.
