The Ride
The Driver: Anthony
Car in Question: White 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution
Spotted at: Six Flags Over Texas, Arlington, TX 76011
Odometer: 13,000

Q: Hi Anthony. Great Mitsubishi. I love the Lancer Evo. What can you tell us about yours?

A: It has the new engine 4B11 turbo. I would say it’s a very fast car, but I haven’t gone really fast in it. Just on the track, you know? I’m a good citizen, a law abiding citizen.

Q: Ha! Don’t worry. I’m not a cop. So you love sports cars? What would be your all-time favorite?

A: Yes, all sports cars. It’s a Nissan GTR 2011. They’re kind of expensive for me.

Q: So it was the more economical choice?

A: I would say yes, it’s more of an economical choice for me.

Q: What do you like to do most with your Mitsubishi?

A: Its main usage is means of traveling, but most of the time, because I work from home, I use it for my hobby–dress it up, set up the engine and do some tracks. That’s it!

Q: What do you like showing off most about your car?

A: I would say the front because it looks aggressive. Most of the time when people look at the front of it, they compliment my car.

Q: That’s flattering. Well, I think it looks hot. What can you tell us about your buying experience?

A: In California at South Coast Mitsubishi. I went there to visit my uncle, actually, and we went to the dealership. We got a good deal compared to the Don Davis Dealership around here. It was a four or five thousand dollar difference!

Q: Wow, that’s a lot. Is there anything else you’d like to tell us about your hot Mitsubishi Lancer Evo?

A: I’m not a fan of those stickers or decals! I want it neat and clean and those guys… In the car world they’re called risers. They try to make the car look fast like a “Fast and the Furious” thing. That’s why they put the stickers on. I’m a fan of the speed and upgrading the engines. I fell in love right away. It’s very neat and clean!
