It’s probably not a good idea to criticize the president and high-ranking White House officials on Twitter if you work there.

But that’s what former National Security Council Director Jofi Joseph did for two years.

He did it under a fake name — which is why he was able to get away with it for so long.

He hurled hurtful insults at presidential advisor Valerie Jarrett, former and current Secretaries of State Hilary Clinton and John Kerry just to name a few.

In one tweet, he called Sarah Palin’s family white trash.

There’s no official word on how he was busted, but it’s suspected the White House knew the tweets were coming from inside and had been trying to identify the source for quite some time.

The Twitter account Joseph used has been deleted and he has apologized for the tweets.

It’s been nearly 20 years since the original “Dumb and Dumber,” and a hometown guy and big- time fan of the movie has landed a role in the sequel.

Remember this video that Texas Rangers pitcher Derek Holland and teammate Justin Grimm did a couple of months ago for MLB Fan Cave spoofing the movie and asking for a walk on role?

Well, he must have impressed someone with his acting skills — because he was offered a role in Dumb and Dumber To.

On CBS Dallas radio station 105.3 The Fan, he announced that he’ll appear in the opening scene of the sequel.

Holland said shooting with Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels was unbelievable — and that the movie is going to be seriously funny.

Finally, proof that hard work really pays off –quite literally.

It didn’t take long for Northwestern’s basketball coach to recognize that one of his walk-on players deserved some special recognition.

So in front of the entire team, he told James Washington that he would be getting a full scholarship to play basketball.

Northwestern posted the video of the announcement and congratulations from Washington’s teammates on YouTube. The best part of the video comes at the end when Washington calls his mother and sister to tell them the news. Their reaction is priceless.

James has played as a walk on for northwestern for two seasons. He is a mechanical engineering major.
